The welding device processes the adhesion of automotive dashboard boxes using an ultrasonic oscillator. It positions 10 positions with a servo motor (Omron), and four actuators descend at the designated positions to perform the welding. It consists of ultrasonic welding and riveting, an X-Y servo stage, and a work set fixture.
